Whole-House Repiping

Recurring leaks, rusty or low-pressure water, or old polybutylene or cast-iron pipes? Repiping replaces your home's failing plumbing with modern PEX or copper, once, so you stop paying for leak after leak. SoFlo Plumbing Co. repipes homes across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach with minimal disruption.

We plan the route, protect your home, and swap the old lines for new, usually faster and with far less wall-opening than people expect, then patch and clean up. You get better pressure, cleaner water, and no more chasing leaks.

What we handle

When to repipe & what we do

  • Polybutylene (Qest/Quest) pipe replacement
  • Cast-iron & galvanized pipe replacement
  • Full PEX or copper repipes
  • Repeated leaks & pinhole leak fixes
  • Low pressure & discolored water
  • Drywall patch & cleanup coordination

Why homes here need repiping

A lot of South Florida homes were plumbed with materials that do not age well, polybutylene, galvanized steel, and old cast-iron drains that corrode, leak, and restrict flow. Once one section fails, the rest usually is not far behind, and slab and wall leaks get expensive fast.

Repiping replaces the whole system at once with PEX or copper that is built to last, so instead of paying for repair after repair you solve it permanently. It also improves water pressure and gets rid of the rusty, discolored water old pipes cause.

We plan the least-invasive route, open only what we have to, install and pressure-test the new lines, and coordinate the drywall patching and cleanup. You get a firm, upfront price and a clear timeline before we start. Call (954) 738-8193.

Good to know

South Florida FAQs

How long does a repipe take?
Most homes are repiped in a few days depending on size and layout. We give you a clear timeline up front and work to keep water on as much as possible.
Do you have to tear open all my walls?
No. We open only the access points we need and plan the route to minimize it, then patch and clean up. It's far less disruptive than most people expect.
PEX or copper, which is better?
Both are excellent and far better than old poly or galvanized. PEX is flexible, fast to install, and cost-effective; copper is time-proven and rigid. We'll recommend the right fit for your home and budget.
How much does whole-house repiping cost?
It depends on the size of the home, the number of fixtures, and access. We give a free, firm, itemized quote before any work. Call (954) 738-8193.
